The structural core is based on the principle of minimizing welding to optimize the modularity of our system, whether purchased or rented. We use coupling systems that have two unique features: the first is that they are extremely durable and strong, tightened with pneumatic pressure; the second is that, thanks to the patent of this system, the stress hinges placed outside the tubular passage allow the use of enormous forces without damaging the structure and the tube. The special nut connected to the screw allows for tightening everything without the need for additional tools, which is a great advantage on tour because with a simple Allen key, your technicians can modify, adjust, tighten, or unscrew entire sections of the structure easily and quickly.

The only welds present are on the verticals connected to the wheels. This could have been avoided, but after intense use and experience, we found that the point under the most stress was the ground discharge area, subject to vibrations, impacts, and everything related to movement.
